Poster and abstract submission until 6th of July 2026

Poster and presentation guidelines

The recommended poster format is A1 (59.4 x 84.1 cm). Posters up to A0 size will be accepted.

For oral presentations, please use the 16:9 widescreen slide format whenever possible.

Abstract

Selection and Awards:

The four best abstracts will be selected for short oral presentations (10 minutes each) at the meeting. All other accepted abstracts will be presented as posters.

Awards will be given for the best oral and poster presentations in each category, offering participants the opportunity to gain recognition and highlight their research.

Euromabnet logo Scholarships

To encourage the participation of young researchers, EUROMABNET will provide 10-12 travel scholarships of €500 each for students and early-career scientists coming from outside Lithuania to attend the EuroMAbNet Meeting 2026 and the Antibody Validation Workshop. The scholarships will be awarded to the authors of the best abstracts, recognizing outstanding scientific contributions and supporting international exchange within the EuroMAbNet community.

Public transport from Vilnius airport to the city center

  • The distance from the airport to the city center is approx. 7 km.
  • The fastest way is to take bus 3G that runs every 5-10 minutes, direction "Perkūnkiemis".
  • The bus stop "Oro uostas" is next to the new departure terminal.
  • It takes approx. 20 minutes to reach the city center (Gediminas av.).
  • The stop in the city center is "Juozo Tumo-Vaižganto".

Public transport from the city center to the conference venue

  • The distance from the city center to the conference venue (Life Sciences Center) is approx. 7 km.
  • Take trolleybus 2 that runs every 5-8 minutes, direction "Saulėtekis".
  • The departure stops in the city center are: "Kudirkos aikštė" (Gediminas av.) and "Mindaugo tiltas" (Cathedral square).
  • The stop near the conference venue is "Saulėtekis". The journey by trolleybus will take approximately 30 minutes.
  • The Life Sciences Center (Saulėtekio av. 7) is on the right side, and the distance from the bus stop is approximately 300 meters.
  • Ticket machines (validators) are inside the bus/trolleybus. A single full-price 60 minute ticket costs 1.25 EUR and can be paid by tapping a contactless payment card on the validator.
