Description
CDw75 is a human leukocyte cell-surface antigen expressed in mature and activated B cells but not in B cells at earlier stages of development or in plasma cells. ZB55 can be used for studying germinal centre-derived B cell lymphomas.
Please note that CD32 peptides were used as the immunogen although the hybridoma ultimately selected produces antibodies specific to CDw75.
