Description
Holliday junction recognition protein (HJURP), a centromere protein-A (CENP-A) histone chaperone, mediates centromere-specific assembly of CENP-A nucleosome, contributing to high-fidelity chromosome segregation during cell division.

- Validation of HOPE169E monoclonal antibody in transfected cells
- Nuclear and cytoplasmic staining on frozen cytospin preparations of transfected HEK293T-MRFP-HJURP cells using antibody HOPE169E. HEK-MRFP-A-myb were used as negative control. Anti-MRFP was used as positive control.
